Due to the forecasted snowstorm and hazardous winter weather conditions, all schools in Brownstown CUSD 201 will be closed on Friday 01/10. This decision is made with the safety of our students, staff, and families in mind.
There will be no classes, extracurricular activities, or events held on this day. Please stay tuned for updates regarding reopening or potential adjustments to the schedule. Updates will be posted on the district website and social media channels.

We hope everyone has stayed safe and warm during the recent snow days. We are excited to welcome students and staff back to school tomorrow, but we want to remind everyone to exercise caution while traveling.
With the recent winter weather, some roads may still be icy. Please allow yourself extra time in the morning to ensure a safe journey to school. If you encounter any hazardous conditions along your route, take it slow and steady—your safety is our top priority.
School will begin at the usual time, and we are looking forward to resuming classes and activities. Let’s make tomorrow a safe and productive day!

Brownstown School District is closed tomorrow 01/07 due to weather conditions. Please stay safe and warm.
Just a reminder that the Bombers Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be this Thursday January 9th between the JV and Varsity High School Girls Basketball Game in the BHS Gym. Doors open at 5:30pm. JV game starts at 6:15pm.
All inductees need to be there by 7:00pm.
All inductees who received letters need to make sure they RSVP to Jessica Sefton (jsefton@bcusd201.com).
The Brownstown FFA will be selling pork burgers at the game.
Please come out and support our Lady Bombers and congratulate our new Hall of Fame inductees!
All BSE/SEB athletic events are canceled for Monday January 6th.

The BSE High School Girls Basketball team will be playing in the Championship game of the Dietrich Holiday Tournament on Saturday Dec 28th at 6:00pm @ Dietrich High School. Any Brownstown or St Elmo High School student that attends will have their admission paid for thanks to the Brownstown/St Elmo Sports Boosters! Mrs Sefton will be at the table to pay your way in! Congratulations to the SEB High School Cheerleaders for winning 1st place at the St. Elmo Holiday Tournament on Saturday 12/21.
Elfie ziplined all the way through our cafeteria today! That elf has been up to no good this week!
Our BES student council sponsored the caring and sharing food drive again this year. Our students surpassed their goal and brought in 1650 food items!! Our top two classes were Mrs. Stinebring third grade class and Miss Lett's PM PreK class with bringing in 302 items each! Way to go BES - you really know how to " Bring It!"
