Athletic passes are now for sale! These passes get you into all Brownstown & St. Elmo home games for the 2026-2027 school year! This pass will NOT work for tournaments, shootouts, and/or postseason games. Stop by or call the BHS Office to purchase yours today!

SEB JH Softball home game today has been canceled!

Any High School boy interested in playing HS Golf this Fall needs to contact Coach Zumbahlen (rzumbahlen@altamontschools.org).
This is partnership with the Altamont Golf Team and is open to Brownstown and St. Elmo HS Boys.

BSE Athletic Information:
Any sports physicals, athletic forms (Brownstown students only), and athletic fees can all be turned in at registration for the upcoming school year. Brownstown registration will be Wednesday August 5th from 8am-6pm in the BES Cafeteria.
1st sport: $50
2nd sport: $25
3rd sport: $25
4+ sports: free
I will also be selling Bombers accessories at registration. I will have ink pens, can koozies, lanyards, keychains, Croc charms, bracelets, and magnets! These are a great way to show BOMBERS spirit throughout the year!

The SEB High School Volleyball Parent Meeting for the upcoming season will be held on Aug. 12th at 7pm in the SEHS gym. If you have any questions, please reach out to Coach Haslett.

The Jr. High Softball Parent Meeting is Thurs. July 23 at 5:30pm at Deken Park. This will be for 6-8 grade parents. Note: At this time we are not bringing up 6th graders to play on the Jr. High team, but will have a program for 6th graders similar to 6th grade volleyball.

HS Baseball Parent Meeting is Tuesday July 28th at 5pm at the HS Baseball field. Any boy interested in playing HS baseball this Fall needs to attend with a parent. If you have any questions, please reach out to Coach Beccue (rbeccue@stelmo.org)

JH Baseball Information:
Any 7th and 8th grade boy from Brownstown or St. Elmo that is interested in playing JH Baseball needs to attend the Parent Meeting on Tuesday July 21st @ 6:30pm in the Brownstown Elementary School Cafeteria.
All players must have an updated sports physical before the 1st day of practice, pay the athletic fee ($50) and fill out the athletic forms.

Thank you to everyone who attended last night’s board meeting and for your continued support of our district. The Board of Education is in the process of creating a master strategic plan focused on the future needs of our schools and community.

As part of this process, our primary focus will be on the life safety needs of our buildings and making updates to learning spaces that positively impact student achievement and success.

At this time, the Board will be placing the proposed breezeway project on hold until we have a better understanding of our community’s vision and expectations regarding the connection of the two buildings. Additional conversations and planning are needed as we continue to address our district’s overall life safety plan and long-term facility goals.

We appreciate the community’s engagement, feedback, and partnership as we work together to plan for the future of our district.
