We have over half of the entire third grade out with sickness today! Please please please! Wash book bags at home tonight, drink lots of water, and go to bed early! Let’s kill these germs and get these kiddos healthy again!

Amelia Satterthwaite was chosen as a kindergarten Future Leader during our morning Celebration Circle! We are so proud of Amelia!!


This week, preschoolers learned about animals that hibernate. They each received a Scholastic MyBigWorld handout that highlighted some hibernating animals(such as bear, frog, ladybug,bat, and hedgehog). They also enjoyed using watercolor paints and got to paint their favorite hibernating animal!!



Elementary art students are learning about character design. Third grade practiced designing together.





The first Wednesday of every month, 3rd-6th grade students have a health lesson for PE. Today we looked at nutrition labels and how to read them. The students did a great job and were encouraged to check out the nutrition labels on the products they have at their homes.



The Lady Bombers captured 3rd place in the Dieterich Holiday Basketball Tournament! Congrats also goes to Olivia Campbell for scoring her 1000 point today!


The HS Boys Basketball Team AND The HS Cheer Squad each wrapped up the St Elmo Holiday Tournament with 1st place finishes! Nice job Eagles!



What a wonderful first semester! I just love these kiddos so so much! Merry Christmas everyone!

Packed House for the BES and BJHS Christmas Concert!


BES met their goal for collecting Box Tops for the month of November. Thanks to all who collect, send in, and use the Box Tops app to help our school earn $$. BES will be having a Christmas themed dress-up day on Friday, December 20th. Can’t wait to see all the Christmas attire staff and students will wear 🎄


BES met their whole school goal for collecting cans for the food drive. Thanks for all who helped and donated for this great cause! BES will be having a pajama day on Wednesday December 18th. Can’t wait to see all the students and staff dressed comfy for the day!!
