To help keep traffic safe and running smoothly, please remember the following:
Elementary School
Morning Drop-off (AM): Use West Street to access the office circle drive or cafeteria door. If waiting for doors to open at 7:50, park on the left side of West Street so buses can pass. Do not drive on the road between the playground/baseball fields and the building—this is reserved for buses.
Afternoon Pick-up (PM): Parents should line up on the road between the playground and baseball fields.
High School
The north drive is for buses only. Please do not use it during drop-off or pick-up times.

Nomination forms for the Class of 2026 Bombers Sports Hall of Fame are now available.
There are three ways to nominate: submit the Google Form attached, download the form from the school website under "Bombers Hall of Fame" or pick up a copy from the BHS Office.
Nominations will be accepted from October 1st - October 31st.
Requirements are:
-Nominee must be a graduate, player, coach, team, or supporter of Brownstown High School Athletics (BHS Bombers or BSE Bombers)
-Nominee may be living or deceased
-If the nominee is a graduate of BHS/SEHS, they must be out of school for 5 years before being eligible
-Once nominated, a candidate will be considered for 5 years before going off the ballot
The induction ceremony will be held on January 15th at the BSE High School Girls Basketball game.

There will be SEB High School Cheerleading Tryouts for anyone from St. Elmo & Brownstown High Schools that are interested in joining the current Cheer Team.
The practice date is Tuesday, Sept. 2nd at 5:30 at the Brownstown Elementary School Cafeteria.
(For those that play Volleyball it will be ok to come after Volleyball practice is over.)
The Tryouts will be on Wednesday, Sept. 3rd at 4:00 at the St. Elmo High School Gym.

Due to a water main break in town, both Brownstown schools are without water. For health and safety reasons, we will be dismissing students early at 1:45 p.m. today.

The BSE Jr High baseball team is looking to add 3 pitchers to their roster this fall. We will have a tryout Tuesday Aug 26th for 6th graders at 5:30 pm at the Brownstown Jr. High diamond. This will be strictly a pitching tryout. The boys that tryout should be knowledgeable in pitching and have pitching experience. They need to have a current physical on file and will be required to pay the athletic fee.

Families are asked to allow a little extra time for both pickup and drop-off as we work through these adjustments.

BSE Jr High Girls Basketball Parent Meeting is set for Friday Sept. 5th @ 6pm in the BHS Gym. Practice starts Monday Sept. 15th. This is for 6th-8th grade girls.
