The JH Girls Basketball Team will hold a parent meeting on August 23rd, 7:00 @ BHS Gym.
Advertisement space is available in BHS Gymnasium. Please contact Athletic Director Vince Rohr (vrohr@bcusd201.com) if you are interested in purchasing ad space in the gym. Money raised from ads will help fund athletic equipment and facility upgrades for BSE Athletics.
A HS Volleyball parent meeting will be held at SEHS gym, 6:30 on July 31st. Practice will officially start on August 7th.
BSE JH Baseball practice starts on July 31st at the Brownstown JH Baseball Field. Practice will be held from 6-8pm all week. There will be a parent meeting at the beginning of the first practice on July 31st.
Jr. High Softball practice will begin on Monday, July 24th at Deken Park in St. Elmo. Current Physicals and Athletic Fees ($50) will need turned in to the office that the player attends school prior to July 24. Practice on July 24 is 6:00-7:30pm. Practice on July 25-28 will be 7:30-9:30am. There will be a Parent Meeting after the first practice starting at 7:30pm at Deken Park.
Athletic schedules for both BSE & SEB sports have been updated for the 2023-24 school year in the Athletics section of the District webpage and app.
The BSE JH Baseball Team will have summer workouts on July 12, 13, 14, 17, & 18 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Brownstown JH Baseball Field for 6th-8th graders interested in playing JH Baseball this Fall.
Reminder for all athletes to get their sports physical taken care of before the start of your season. All athletes must have a physical on file before participating in any practices for BSE and SEB Athletics. Physicals should be turned in to the HS Office asap. Please do not turn them in to the coaches.
