We’re inviting all parents and guardians to participate in the 2026 Illinois Supplemental Parent Survey — a quick and confidential way to share your thoughts about your child’s school and help shape future improvements.
This statewide survey is part of the Illinois 5Essentials Survey, administered on behalf of the Illinois State Board of Education by UChicago Impact at the University of Chicago. Your feedback matters and helps schools better understand family perspectives on key areas that support student success.
➡️ Take the survey now:

🧠 What the survey measures
The survey gathers input on five important areas shown to influence school success:
• Effective Leaders
• Collaborative Teachers
• Involved Families
• Supportive Environments
• Ambitious Instruction
Your responses are completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child. Thank you for supporting this process!

Wayne City HS asked that I share the following:
"If you're not familiar with our facility, we have home junior high volleyball games in our smaller gym that adjoins the main gym. We will have the volleyball fans enter through the back doors. Have your fans each night enter through the front, main entrance from Mill Street. There are sidewalks from there to the main entrance. Online ticket sales are now open or cash tickets will be sold for $9 at the door. On Tuesday night, doors will open around 5 p.m."
