Good afternoon I am reaching out this afternoon to inform you that we experienced an outbreak of confirmed COVID 19 cases in the Brownstown School District today. The outbreak spans across both buildings and includes 3 staff members testing positive, and several other staff members sent home as close contacts to the positive cases; some are symptomatic. In an effort to limit the effects of this outbreak and prevent any further exposures to students and staff leading into the holiday season, Brownstown Schools will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, November 23, to be cleaned and disinfected. We will be back in session at normal time on Monday, November 29, 2021. Thank You and have a Happy Thanksgiving.

8th Grade Art students started paintings on easels in class today. Working on an easel helps students practice good posture and see their work from a different perspective, versus working flat on the table.
