Planking relays were a big hit in Mrs. Sefton's PE classes last week.



Mrs. Sefton's PE classes start their golf unit today. Her classes started with some driving range practice.

Today we had our first FFA chapter meeting. At this meeting, we welcomed new members and new officers. We discussed past and upcoming events like the Illinois State FFA convention and the Brownstown Cooldown. Mrs. Hingson's kindergarten class made Friendship Cups last Friday to share with others! They were yummy treats!







Mrs. Abrahamson's class did a cupcake reveal on which Harry Potter House her students belonged to. She uses the houses for groupings for competitions & lessons in her classroom! The kids love it!

We are excited to invite ALL Brownstown Jr/Sr High Students to Meet Your Locker before the new school year officially starts on Tuesday, August 15th. This is a great opportunity to practice your locker combination and store your school supplies. You can also walk the building and familiarize yourself with your class schedule.
Students may access the building from 8:00 to 3:00 each day. Please enter the building using the East Entrance and stop by the office on your way in. Section 19 FFA Fair (2024)-
Brownstown High School FFA students competed with their livestock projects in the Section 19 FFA Fair, on Friday, Jul 12, 2024. Several of the students won their classes with their goat & swine projects. These students had put in many hours of hard work and dedication to their livestock. Great work and thank you for your commitment.
