The Brownstown-St. Elmo Sports Boosters will be having a concession stand at the Fayette
County Fairgrounds during Fair Week (July 6-12). We have assigned each sport an afternoon or evening and are asking for parent and/or coach volunteers from those teams during the
assigned times. Please see below the schedule of times. We are asking for 3-4 volunteers to
work each shift. If we have enough volunteers, we can divide the shift. Please let us know if
you would be willing to volunteer. If you are available, and would like to volunteer during a
different time than the time assigned to your child’s sport, please let us know. We will take all
of the help that we can get!!
We are also asking for drink donations. The donations requested are listed below. Please drop your donations off at the Unit Office in Brownstown or the Unit Office in St. Elmo. We are
asking that all donations be dropped off by July 1, 2019.
