Put your hands together for Miss Savannah Feezel, Brownstown Elementary’s new third grade teacher. BES welcomes Miss Feezel to her first teaching job. Miss Feezel is from St. Elmo and had attended St. Elmo school. She attended college at Kaskaskia, Lakeland and then graduated from Eastern Illinois University. Her degree is early childhood and elementary education. Which means she can teach her little itty bitty babies to all the way to the sixth graders. Miss Feezel has a cat named Lou, wwho is very fluffy. She also has a puppy named Piper. Piper is a Border Collie with Blue Heeler. She loves listening to music, reading, playing with her puppy, and helping out with her church. Fun fact about herself: in college she had taught second grade in the Bahamas! Miss Feezel’s goal this year is to establish herself in her teaching, learn much as possible about her students, and progressing through the year along with them. Ms. Feezel likes the small town atmosphere and feels Brownstown is a great place for her to start her career.
