BHS School Play Announcement

posted Mar 31, 2016, 7:10 AM by Travis Redden

The Brownstown High School Drama Club under the direction of Ms. Tracy Alstat presents Café Murder, a murder mystery dinner theatre.  The play focuses on Rosemary, whom is celebrating her birthday at a restaurant with her four kooky sisters–a hippie, a valley girl, a trucker and a banker.  When she is murdered, the only objective witnesses in the restaurant are you, the audience members, who must cast your vote.  Was it one of Rosemary’s sisters?  The passionate French chef?  The proper maître'd?  The sarcastic waitress?  The self-taught detective?  No one is above suspicion in this delightful dinner theatre murder mystery!

The students are excited to be performing and encourage everyone to come and have a laugh! There will be an afternoon matinee for Brownstown students on Friday, April 1 at 1:30 p.m. and an evening performance for the public at 6:00 p.m.  Admission for adults is $4 and $2 for students.  There will be no shows on Saturday this year.  The community is welcome to attend both performances.  Please come out and support the BHS Drama Club!
