BHS Enjoys a Day at the Movies!

On February 20th Brownstown Jr/Sr High School attended a movie at Starmax Cinemas in Vandalia for PBIS. Students in 7th-12th grades could attend if they had one office detention referral or less. The students could then pick between two movies, The Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out of Water or Project Almanac. PBIS acknowledgement days happen three times a school year to award the students for good behavior. This type of reward encourages students to have positive and good behavior throughout the year. The next PBIS day is in May and is for all students that have no office detention referrals. Make sure to stay out of the office because the last event is always a big surprise!
