The Brownstown Voluntary Fire Department hosted a mock accident on Tuesday, April 21st at Brownstown Jr./Sr. High School.  The mock accident takes place every year during prom week with the help of the many volunteers and local service members who contribute to help make it happen. Community service members included the Brownstown Fire Department, EMTs, Air Vac, parts of the local and state police department, and the Fayette County Coroner. After the simulation members from these teams speak to students about the importance of driving without distractions and driving sober.  They help impart the wisdom and life lessons students need to avoid dangerous, life-threatening situations. The web album below highlights some of the mock crash simulation.
