MINUTES

SPECIAL SESSION

August 4, 2011

The meeting was called to order by President Brian Oberlink at

7:00 P.M. The following members were present: Teresa Barnick, Danyele

Harre, Kent Kistler, Katriena Kroll, Randy Mason and Laura Willms. Also

present were: Principals Adam Bussard and Angela Reeter. Guests present

were: Doug Slover, Teachers Sandra Stine and Casie Bowman, Laura Weber

and Tim Martin from Honeywell, David Schauer of Centralia Sentinel.

The Board was given a presentation and update from Honeywell Honeywell

on the status of the project.

Motion by Harre, seconded by Kistler that a closed session be Into Closed

called at 7:12 P.M. for the purpose of personnel and bargaining issues.

This closed session is authorized under the Open Meeting Act, House

Bill 411, Public Act 82-78, which allows the Board to consider such

as Interim Superintendent at a salary of $62,500.00 for 100 days and Superintendent

Board payment of 80% of family insurance premium effective August

Pre-Kindergarten

Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for the 2011-2012 school year. Barnick, Teacher

Motion by Kistler, seconded by Kroll to employ Heather Biggs Employ

Pre-Kindergarten

as a Pre-Kindergarten Aide for the 2011-2012 school year. Barnick, Aide
