BOARD OF EDUCATION

November 15, 2010

The meeting was called to order by President Clint Feezel at

7:00 P.M. The following members were present: Teresa Barnick,

Katriena Kroll, Randy Mason, Brian Oberlink, Steve Sefton and Laura

Willms. Also present were: Superintendent Doug Slover; Principals

Adam Bussard and Angela Reeter. Guests present were Marty Romans,

parent, and Erica Foltz from WPMB Radio.

Motion by Sefton, seconded by Mason that the consent agenda Approve

be approved as follows: Agenda

That the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Education

held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, and the special meetings of the

Board of Education held on Monday, October 25, 2010 and Wednesday,

November 3, 2010 be approved as presented.

Further, that the Treasurers’ Report be approved as presented.

Further, that the list of bills be approved as presented.

Further, to establish the time and date set for the Public Hearing Public

on the 2010 Tax Levy as Monday, December 13, 2010 at 7:30 P.M.

The Board reviewed the I.A.S.B. Conference agenda in Chicago. IASB Agenda

Motion by Kroll, seconded by Sefton to adopt the attached Sales Tax

Resolution

resolution requesting the County Board to place the 1% Sales Tax

Motion by Barnick, seconded by Mason to employ Jared Winters Employ Fall

HSB Coach

as the assistant High School Fall Baseball Coach for the 2010 – 2011

Motion by Mason, seconded by Sefton to approve the following Approve

Fundraising

fundraising activities: Cheerleaders conducting a cheerleading clinic
