BOARD OF EDUCATION
August 15, 2011
The meeting was called to order by President Brian Oberlink at
7:00 P.M. The following members were present: Teresa Barnick, Danyele
Harre, Kent Kistler, Katriena Kroll and Randy Mason. Also present were:
Superintendent Doug Slover; Principals Adam Bussard and Angela Reeter.
Laura Willms was absent. Guests present were: Erica Foltz, Nicole Larson,
Vince Rohr and Lynn Orechovesky.
Motion by Harre, seconded by Kroll that a closed session be Into

called at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of personnel, parent request and Session
negotiations. This closed session is authorized under the Open Meeting
Act, House Bill 411, Public Act 82-78, which allows the Board to Consider

held on Monday, July 18, 2011 and the Special Meeting of the Board of Education
held on Thursday, August 4, 2001 be approved as presented.
Further, that the Treasurer’s Report be approved as presented.
Further, that the list of bills be approved as presented.
Further, to approve bussing of students residing in “hazardous” Approve

Retirement Incentive from the June 20, 2011 Board Meeting as follows: Incentive
To approve the attached resolution 2011-2 to adopt the Early Retirement
Incentive and attached resolution 2011-1 to adopt Amortization Period for
